NOTICE:  A membership pause can only be granted before you break. A pause request MUST be submitted to the front desk assistant with a valid reason before it can be granted

All gym members are allowed to bring up to 4 different guests for the month, however, the same person is not allowed to use the FREE pass twice in one month.

TUESDAYS:

  • Body Sculpt 5:30pm

WEDNESDAYS:

  • Abs class 5:30pm & SPIN 6:00pm

THURSDAYS:

  • Aerobics and kick-boxing 5:30pm dance class 6:45pm

MONDAYS:

Dynamic aerobics at 5:30pm

TUESDAYS:

Body Sculpt 5:30pm

WEDNESDAYS:

Abs class 5:30pm & SPIN 6:00pm

THURSDAYS:

Aerobics and kick-boxing 5:30pm dance class 6:45pm

NO group class Fridays Saturdays and Sundays

All these classes are included in your membership fee except for kick-boxing ($1500) and spin ($1000)

REGISTERED CLIENTS BENEFITS

Gym Essentials

  • Gym-appropriate training gear (avoid denim or replica shirts)
  • Gym shoes (sturdy trainers work best; avoid weak canvas shoes)
  • Sweat towel
  • Post-workout snack.
  • Water bottle.
  • T-Shirt/Marina/Sweat Pants

GYM RULES AND GUIDES

  • Clients are not allowed to grant other clients access. (A FINE WILL BE CHARGED)
  • All clients MUST use their own card to access the gym
  • Client are not allowed to bring guests during non service hours
  • ALWAYS REPLACE YOUR WEIGHTS (A FINE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO)
  • Use towels/sanitize before and after using machine
  • Do not drop weights
  • NO CURSE WORD
  • NO EXCESS SHOUTING
  • Listen to personal music with ear set only
  • Guests are not allowed beyond the lounge area.
  • You are not allowed in the workout area if you are not properly attired.
  • Training gears such as t-shirts, marinas and sweats are allowed.

  • No clothing with zipper or cutting objects
